Early Telephone Circuit Card (GO 26.), ex Shotts Signal Box on the Caledonian Railway route out of Glasgow towards Edinburgh. There are 22 locations listed from Glasgow Central Freight Plant through Newton, Mossend, Uddingston, Bellshill, Fullwood, Holytown, Bellside, Benhar, Ravenscraig and Milnwood. In original glazed wooden frame, quite possibly Caledonian Railway but not marked.

BR(Sc) Enamel Conditions Upon Which Tickets …… Sign measuring 6" x 4". Rarest of all of the different regional colours for this particular sign. Some loss around the bolt holes and a face scratch but good colour and shine , just as it came from a Glasgow suburban station.

Southern Railway Carriage Print advertising their Hotel & Restaurant Services. Sunshine lettering heading in green, the left side advertises the hotels of London, Charing Cross, Grosvenor and Craven. The right hand side advertises hotels in the Provinces, South Western, London & Paris, Lord warden and Imperial. The centre section shows the Tariff for Breakfast Luncheon and Dinner. Good overall condition with some wrinkling. Framed and glazed in an original type frame.

Original Oil Paintings, qty 3 comprising:- LMS liveried Jubilee 5671 Prince Rupert by John R. Mason. An accurate depiction by this unlisted artist, c1970's. Measures approximately 28" x 24" in its un-glazed frame; 4956 Plowden Hall and Jubilee 5695 Minotaur at Bristol Temple Meads Station in 1938 by John Mason. Measures 33½" x 23" in frame. Good quality from an unknown artist; Bredon Station on the Birmingham - Gloucester main line, by John Mason dated 1976. This is a going away view of 6028 King George VI and an unidentified Jubilee coming south into the station. The view shows clearly the up platform waiting room (still in siyu in 2007) and the old entrance to the platform. Considerable artistic licence as King class locos never ran this line in steam days. Measures 40½" x 28¼" in wooden frame. Good quality from an unknown artist.

Birmingham Fire Brigade C/I Signs comprising circular 'HT' sign 7" in diameter ex Bolton Street and a rectangular 'Fire Switch' 11" x 3". The former also has 'Fire Brigade' embossed and the latter 'Birmingham Fire Brigade' embossed. Both have black lettering on red background. Additionally, a rectangular C/I Sign, 15½" x 7½" 'Fire Brigade Emergency Sprinkler Inlets' in totally original condition and a further C/I Sign 'Fire Main, Geo Glydon & Co., Birmingham, 16" x 8". Finally Three small C/I Signs; Electric Cable, oval; Junction Indicator, elongated oval; Gas Valve 1 ft. Together with A simple 'FH' C/I Sign, 9" x 8" together with a shield shaped 'SV' C/I Sign, a Victorian 'Ft/ins with Crown' C/I top os FH Sign.

North British Railway brass Cash Bag Plate engraved 'N.B.R. STOW Stn.'. This station was situated along the famous Waverley Route between Galashields and Edinburgh and closed on the 6th January 1969. Together with London & North Eastern Railway brass Cash Bag Plate engraved 'GLENFARG'. Ex NBR station between Kinross Junction and Perth. Closed 15th June 1964.Together with a British Railways brass Cash Bag Plate stamped 'BR CRAWFORD'. Ex Caledonian Railway station between Lockerbie and Carstairs, closed 4th January 1965.

Totem BR(W) BOURNE END, F/F black and white example. Ex GWR station between Maidenhead and High Wycombe. One of the desirable experimental Western Region totems, only five stations carried enamel Black and white totems and only two this style of lettering so a must for those of you who want to complete a full set, in virtually mint condition.
